A bit of update since I've moved from Alaska:

On every other Saturday afternoon, members from Off The Chain Bicycle CoOp would volunteer to set workshops for the youth at the Boys & Girls Club, in the Mountain View neighborhood of Anchorage.

One of the regular volunteers is Oscar Avellaneda, a very talented photographer.

Last month, Oscar had a First Friday exhibition, of his photographs he had taken while he volunteered at the youth workshops.

UAA Bike Club Bachelor and Bachelorette Benefit Auction

UAA Bicycle Club held it's third annual Bachelor and Bachelorette Benefit Auction, last week . The proceeds from the auctions will go towards funding Anchorage's Off The Chain Bicycle Collective.
Danda Borealis donated 2 set of earrings for bidding at the silent auction portion of the evening.
